Wikileaks is a whistleblower site. Insist on all sorts of secret messages about contacts between governments and between governments themselves or their embassies. Wikileaks started in early December 2010 with the launch of 250,000 reports of secret contacts between U.S. embassies and the government in Washington. Wikileaks show that there is a lot that people do not know.

On Wikileaks there is also information about the views of U.S. diplomats about the friendship between the Italian premium Berlusconi and Russian President Putin. Wikileaks also has many reports of diplomats on the bonds that the Russian president would have to organized crime in his country.
