Frequently Asked Questions

bullet

What information do I need to obtain contact information about someone?

You will require a full name and preferably a previous area of residence.

bullet

What type of information can I obtain from a surveillance investigation?

We will obtain video evidence of the types of activities that the subject gets up to on the particular day/s of surveillance.  We cannot always guarantee that the subject will be demonstrating the alleged behaviours when we conduct surveillance, as they might not always demonstrate that particular behaviour.  Therefore, the more hours of surveillance we conduct, the better understanding you will have of the person's daily behaviours.

bullet

How many occasions do you conduct a five hour package on?

A five hour package includes surveillance on one occasion.  Unfortunately, it is not able to be separated into two or three days worth of surveillance.  When conducting surveillance, we like to ensure we arrive at the scene early, and allow time to settle into the environment.  Therefore, splitting this amount of time minimises the quality of our work.

bullet

How many occasions are covered in a forty hour package?

A forty hour package is spread over a two week period.  We find that this package provides our clients with the highest level of evidence and provides our clients with a more accurate picture of the subject's behaviours.

bullet

Can you obtain information from mobile phone numbers or registration numbers?

Unfortunately, the Privacy Act disallows us to obtain information such as registration numbers and obtain information from phone numbers.  We can, however, obtain information such as phone numbers and addresses using a person's full name.

bullet

Are you able to tap mobile phones?

Once again, the Privacy Act disallows us to obtain this information.  It is a Federal offence and we are therefore, unable to obtain this information.

bullet

Can you obtain footage of someone in their home?

We are not permitted to conduct surveillance on the subject's property or any other person's property without their permission.  Unless a person is visible in their house from the street, then we are unable to obtain surveillance footage of someone in their home.
